Bio: Hello! I'm Jennifer, a graduate of the University of Tampa, a Navy veteran, a writer, a current student at Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida, and a girl who loves Jesus with all of her heart. I try my best to exemplify that at all times, but often I fall short. Thank God for grace... I'm married to the love of my life, and have one son: a four-legged Cockapoo named Dallas. Here you will find hope, humor, and a whole bunch of other stuff that often occupies my mind. Life is a journey, not a destination, so we must find ways to enjoy the ride. Hopefully this blog will help us both to do so. 🙂

  1. Your blog title grabbed my attention, as I’ve been speaking ‘anchor’ to many people surrounding me as of late. It’s good to have another person in the boat who knows where there help comes from….from the man sleeping! Not to worry though, Jesus has it all under control. Looking forward to reading more from you, Jen.

    • Awww, thanks. I had to reread your comment at first because I was thinking, “He’s NOT sleeping!” Lol, but then I realized you meant he was sleeping in the boat in the midst of the storm. 😊👍 I look forward to reading more your your stuff as well! Blessings! 💗
